Herborn goes America: EducationUSA and Network of Media Centers at Johanneum Gymnasium
January 23, 2009. On January 23rd, an EducationUSA evening information session organized by the Network of Media Centers (IMeNS) at Johanneum Gymnasium Herborn drew 60 students and parents. Following an overview of exchange opportunities, the audience asked numerous questions ranging from  organizing a high school year abroad, to stays as an Au Pair or volunteer and studying in the United States. They picked up information materials on the United States, including the CD ROM “About the USA”. Especially popular was the German-language print publication “Barack Obama: 44. Präsident der Vereinigten Staaten".  IMeNS become part of the America[at]yourLibrary network in 2008.
