U.S. and EU at Frankfurt City Library
December 7, 2007. EducationUSA Frankfurt, Eurodesk Germany and the International Placement Service of the Labor Exchange held an afternoon information session at the City Library Frankfurt on studying and working in the United States and the European Union. 120 participants from as far away as Stuttgart, Kaiserslautern and Gießen used the opportunity to ask for advice and pick up information material. Up to 50 participants attended the presentations on studying and working in other countries. At the booth of the U.S. Consulate Frankfurt/EducationUSA, questions ranged from how to organize a stay as an Au Pair to internships, studying and working in the United States. The Consular Section provided extensive information on immigrant and non-immigrant visa. Frankfurt City Library is an America@YourLibrary partner.
