Frankfurt Celebrates Consul General Jo Ellen Powell
June 4, 2009. On June 4, 2009, City Councilor Dr. Nargess Eskandari-Grünberg hosted friends of Consul General Jo Ellen Powell at the variety theater Tigerpalast to honor her time in Frankfurt. The event encompassed a reflective discussion of multiculturalism and Consul General Powell’s impressions of Germany, the diversity of Frankfurt and her political role as the Consul General of the largest U.S. Consulate in the world.
