Mannheim Students Get Ready for the U.S.
December 5, 2007. On December 5th, representatives of EducationUSA and the Consular Section of the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt briefed 20 students from the University of Applied Sciences Mannheim on visa issues. The students are getting ready for studying at an university or working as an intern in a U.S. company in spring 2008. Following an overview of how to apply for a visa and how to fill out the application forms, the students had their specific questions answered. The International Office received information materials and the four-volume set "If You Want to Study in the United States". The University of Applied Sciences cooperates with six U.S. universities, including the University of Connecticut in Storrs,
the University of Maryland, College Park, and the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
