Konstanz students pick up information on exchange opportunities with the U.S.

“Beyond the Horizon” – the USA
October 22 & 23, 2008. Information on exchange opportunities with the United States was in great demand at the “Beyond the Horizon” exchange fair in Konstanz on October 23, 2008. 600 university and high school students from the Konstanz region checked out ways to spend time in the U.S. and other countries at this day-long career fair organized for the third time by the University of Applied Sciences Konstanz. 32 exhibitors offered information on studying, volunteer work, internships, financial aid and visa. At the EducationUSA booth, students asked questions about exchange opportunities with the United States, especially about internships and graduate studies. Theu picked up information materials on EducationUSA and other services of the Information Resource Centers. On October 22nd, members of eight international offices from universities in the region received a two hour briefing on U.S. visa.
