June 2007. Since mid-June, art experts and fans have been enjoying documenta 12, one of the most important modern art exhibitions in the world: Photo gallery

documenta 12, which opened on June 16 and will run for 100 days until September 23, 2007, features the work of 16 American artists and that of many other artists from around the world. The exhibit takes place every five years in Kassel in museums and outdoor locations throughout the city, and each documenta has an entirely new staff, theme, and flavor.
