intercultural network
Consul General Jo Ellen Powell says farewell to Frankfurt Interfaith and Intercultural Women’s Network
May 27, 2009. Consul General Jo Ellen Powell invited members of the Frankfurt interfaith and intercultural network to her residence to say farewell after three years in Frankfurt. Together with the former Ambassador’s wife Sue Timken, Jo Ellen Powell strongly supported the network since its inauguration in December 2007. Guest of honor for the farewell was Iranian-American author Nahid Rachlin who read a short piece of her novel “Persian Girls”.
